Trump Plaza (New Rochelle) is a 42 story luxury residence and hotel with shopping centers. It includes a health club and lounge. Plans for a casino are not true. Trump Plaza (New Rochelle) is part of a redevelopment project for New Rochelle, New York. It is being built by the same developers (Donald Trump and Louis R. Cappelli) that built Trump Tower at City Center in nearby White Plains, New York.
