Mark Douglas Trollinger (born September 25, 1970 in Victorville, CA) is an American businessman and innovator living in Chandler, Arizona. Raised in Yellow Springs, OH, he is the son of Douglas Eugene Trollinger and Linda Judith Burcham. Trollinger was Captain of the 1989 Yellow Springs High School baseball team where he played first base and right field. Trollinger's love of baseball caused his to work during the 2000 - 2002 seasons for the Atlanta Braves.

He received his undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Rio Grande in Rio Grande, OH. During college, Trollinger took over the CDFL fantasy football league. Using his training in marketing and creative ideas, Trollinger placed the league before a global audience. Honing his merchandising skills, he turned his franchise, the Hayashi Silver Dragons into champions on and off the field. The Silver Dragons became the most marketed team in the CDFL, producing t-shirts, calendars, playing cards and athletic shoes with the team's name. Trollinger has also had success with his Area 51 Invasion fantasy baseball team, winning the title in 2004.

Trollinger is an avid traveler. Grandparents Marvin Eugene Trollinger and Mary Lou Williams took him annually to Gatlinburg, TN. The open road has continued to call to Trollinger, who on October 4, 2004 visited Vermont, which completed his goal of visiting all 50 states in the United States. Trollinger has also been to Jamaica, Alberta, Mexico and the Bahamas.

Trollinger has long been creative, winning awards at the Greene County, OH fair in photography and ceramics. Growing up, Trollinger frequently wrote short stories. His best known work was a piece for his 1989 English Literature class at Rio Grande. Trollinger created a story based on the Canterbury Tales focusing on a symbolic beast based on his nickname Troll (Troll's Canterbury Tales).
