Trousseau Gris

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Trousseau Gris (or Gray Riesling) is a white wine grape variety occasionally found in Jura but widely planted in California.

It is a white mutation of the red Trousseau grape. In California it is widely used as a varietal wine, under the Gray Riesling name. It has a high yield and does not produce very interesting wines.

There are also some plantings in New Zealand.
