Tropical Storm Abby

The name Abby has been used for three tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Ocean, and three tropical cyclones in the Western Pacific Ocean.
Atlantic:
- 1960's Hurricane Abby - A Category 1 hurricane that crossed the Caribbean before hitting British Honduras (now Belize). It killed six people in St. Lucia.
- 1964's Tropical Storm Abby - A tropical storm in the Gulf of Mexico which made landfall in Texas causing minimal damage.
- 1968's Hurricane Abby - A Category 1 hurricane that impacted Cuba and the Southeastern United States. The rainfall relieved a drought in Florida.
Western Pacific:
- 1979's Typhoon Abby - A Category 3 typhoon that did not approach land.
- 1983's Super Typhoon Abby - A Category 5 super typhoon that struck Japan. It caused serious damage in Japan and killed at least two people.
- 1986's Typhoon Abby - A Category 2 typhoon that hit Taiwan, killing 16 people there.
