Troilokyanath Mukhopadhyay

Troilokyanath Mukhopadhyay (1847-1919), was a renowned Bengali author. He was born in Chabbishparagana, West Bengal.

His life was full with experience. Was a self educated man. Troilokyanath Mukhopadhyay was a school teacher and afterward, a policeman. Later, joined revenue department.

Troilokyanath Mukhopadhyay’s literary life started after retirement. He is called the best satirist of Bangla Language. He could see very wholeheartedly, but could not make situation like that.
His literary works were included in the curriculum of school level, secondary, higher secondary and graduation level Bengali Literature in Bangladesh.
