I doubt this image is usable. But if it is there are lots of other good pics there [1]. This one is good because it shows the skyline: [2]. Jdorje 10:23, 22 September 2005 (UTC)

The image is from the Harris Country Flood Control District, which has fairl strict copyright terms. Are district organizations like the national government in that all work is automatically PD? If so I saw we should upload the version from the linked site and mark this as PD or NOAA.
