TRL Poland is the Polish version of America's most popular TV music show TRL. It's being aired from Monday to Friday at 5.00 p.m. on MTV Poland. The show which started on July 11, 2005 is hosted by Kasia Wetz, Paulina Moś and Adam Beggerman live from Warsaw, Poland.

-Even though MTV Poland isn't a rich television (compared to other MTVs that have their own TRL) the TRL studio isn't cheap. The show also gets many popular guests from America and Western Europe.

-People in Poland aren't allowed to vote for the countdown using Internet. They can vote by phone (dialing or sending TXT messages). It's the only one version of TRL in the world that doesn't include Internet voting.

-TRL Poland was criticized because of favorizing American videos and not letting Polish videos reach top 10.
