Trisha Fallon (born 23 July 1972 in Geelong, Victoria, Australia) is an Australian basketball player in the Australian Women's National Basketball League and the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) in the United States. She also participated in the Australian National Team during the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics games in basketball.

Fallon was selected by the Minnesota Lynx in the second round (19th pick overall) of the 1999 WNBA Draft. After the 1999 season, she was traded to the Phoenix Mercury along with Adia Barnes and Tonya Edwards in exchange for Marlies Askamp, Angela Aycock, and Kristi Harrower on October 27, 1999.

In recent years, she had contemplated retiring from basketball, but in June 2005, she was offered a job at Group Event Travel (G.E.T.), which is Australia's largest independent group travel management business, and also a sponsor of Fallon's team, the Sydney Uni Flames.
