Trillium discolor |
Trillium discolor, the Faded Trillium or Small Yellow Toadshade, is a spring-flowering perennial plant found in parts of the Savannah River drainage system of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Its flower has pale yellow petals which stand upright at the junction of the three leaves. It is locally common in rich woods within its restricted range, as at Steven's Creek Heritage Preserve.
