Tribunga
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tribunga is a body position or stance used in the traditional Indian dance form of Odissi. It consists of three bends in the body; at the neck, waist and knee, and is considered the most sensual of the Odissi positions. Like many other poses used in traditional Indian dance, including Odissi and Bharata Natyam, Tribunga can be found in Indian sculpture as well.
