I came here for a refresher on what exactly the counts were, and find instead chicken-scratch notes listing merely who testified and what the general topic was (but not what they said.) Can we have a primer up top saying basically what Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling were accused of? Something a little more than descriptive "securities fraud" but less than the full legal jargon.
