Tregaron

Tregaron is a market town in Ceredigion (Cardiganshire), mid Wales, lying on the river Brennig a tributary of the River Teifi.
Notable buildings in the town include the thirteenth century Talbot Hotel, which has an elephant buried in its grounds and the parish church. Cors Caron (sometimes called Tregaron Bog), known for its adders, buzzards and red kites, lies nearby.
Famous people from Tregaron include Henry Richard, and the so-called Welsh Robin Hood, Twm Siôn Cati.
