Trees Lounge

Trees Lounge is a 1996 film written and directed by Steve Buscemi and produced by Brad Wyman. The film marked the directorial debut of actor Buscemi who stars as Tommy Basilio, an alcoholic whose life goes to pieces over the course of a few weeks. Despite the often dark subject matter, the film has its lighthearted moments, and shows its deeply flawed characters in a more or less sympathetic light.
