Trapped in a Purple Haze is a TV movie which originally aired on ABC in 2000. Jonathan Jackson plays the main male character Max Hanson, a talented artist who also likes to play hockey. He dates Molly, played by Carly Pope. Molly introduces him to parties and drugs. This story deals with drug abuse and its consequences.
