Transmitter Nordkirchen

The transmitter Nordkirchen is a facility for transmitting the program of "Deutschlandfunk" on 549 kHz with a power of 100 kilowatts, near Nordkirchen, Germany. The transmitter Nordkirchen was established in 1980 and uses as aerials two steel framwork masts, which are insulated against ground, with a height of 99.5 metres.
