Sourek's book "Orchestral Works of Antonín Dvořák" has a complete description of Dramatic Overture, which he says was originally designated by the composer as "Tragic Overture." It's the overture to his first opera written in 1870 and withdrawn by the composer. It was first performed in 1938.
