Traffic is the fifth single from rock band the Stereophonics taken from the debut album Word Gets Around. It was released in October 1997. It reached #20. It is track 5 on Word Gets Around.

The radio edit version is on CD1 of Traffic as well as the album version.

A live version from Belfort Festival is on CD2 of the Traffic singles, another is track 8 on CD2 of Live From Dakota. An version from Cardiff Castle is on CD2 of The Bartender and the Thief singles. A live acoustic version from the Irish Centre Birmingham is on the Lying In The Sun EP.

The song is also performed on the Live at Cardiff Castle, Live at Morfa Stadium and Live from Dakota DVD's. The video can be found on the Call Us What You Want But Don't Call Us in the Morning DVD.
