Raymond Lester Armstrong (born October 5, 1965 in Bethesda, Maryland) is a former American Football defensive End who played for three teams in his career in the National Football League. He led the NFL in quaterback sacks in 2000 with the Miami Dolphins. After the 2003 season, he was released from the Oakland Raiders along with Bill Romanowski because they failed their physicals and he retired from the NFL afterwards. [1]
