It is disputed whether or not this image violates our first fair use criterion.

The reason given is:

It is questionable if a free replacement photo can be reasonably obtained for this actor. He has now withdrawn from the movie industry. The only photos available are a few publicity photos, photos sent to casting directors with the actor’s resume (of which this is one example) and magazine photos – none of which would be considered free, and they are hard to come by. The only other option is the use of screen captures from a movie or TV series. However, I think screen captures should be used in addition to, rather than instead of, a regular photo in order to show the diversity of an actor’s career. Last, Travis Fine, although he has appeared in a few very successful films and TV series, is not a household name like say Tom Hanks or George Clooney, and it is therefore important that the article be illustrated so that people might recognize him.
