Town (Japanese: まち - Machi) is the second episode of season 1 of the Air TV series originally aired 2005-01-13.

Yukito explains to Misuzu the quest of the cursed girl with wings that had been in his family for generations.
The next day, Yukito's puppet show only manages to attract Potato while scaring others. Yukito is caught by Hijiri Kirishima while performing illegally in front of her clinic right as Kano shows up. Hijiri offers Yukito a part time job. After leaving the clinic, Yukito bumps into a woman later revealed to be Minagi's mother. Yukito assists her to her car in hopes of making some money, but does not. Yukito delivers Kano her food as a part of his part time job, although he is again not payed in money. Afterwards, Michiru attacks and steals Yukito's puppet and Yukito finally picks up Misuzu from her school, and they hang out until night, and they encounter Kano walking in a zombie-like manner.
