Toshio is a chracter from The Grudge. He is the son of Kayako Saeki and Takeo Saeki and was drowned by his father in their bath-tub after Takeo killed his mother, his son, the family cat and himself in a fit of rage after he discovered in Kayako's journal how she had been cheating on him. Toshio haunts the house where he used to live along with his mother's ghost and anyone who enters the house, dies. Toshio also uses his cat to lure people to their deaths. Toshio also often pretend he is drowning and then will drown the person who comes to save him. Toshio can also speak normally compared to his mother's ghost who only makes a death rattle although he usally meows and shrieks like a cat.
