Toshihide Saito

Toshihide Saito (斉藤俊秀, born 20 April 1973 in Shizuoka) is a Japanese football defender.
He was capped 20 times for the Japanese national team between 1996 and 1999. He was an unused substitute at the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
