TortoiseSVN is a Subversion client, implemented as a Windows shell extension. It is released under the GNU General Public License.

- Windows Shell (Explorer) integration. Can be used without an Integrated Development Environment.
- Icon overlays show immediately which files/folders need to be uploaded (committed) to the database/repository.
- The UI is available in 28 different languages.
