Torstein Dahle

Torstein Dahle (born 1947 in Oslo) is a Norwegian politician and economist. He works at the Bergen University College and represents the Red Electoral Alliance (Rød Valgallianse, RV) in the city council of Bergen.

Since 2003 Dahle has been leader of the Red Electoral Alliance, which is an association of several radical left-wing parties and groups including the Workers' Communist Party (marxists-leninists), AKP (m-l). Dahle was a founding member of RV and AKP (m-l) in 1973, but left the latter in 1997.
