Tops Diner

The Tops Diner is a 24/7 restaurant located at 500 Passaic Avenue in East Newark, New Jersey. It is a dining establishment celebrated by residents of the area as the pinnacle of the stereotypical New Jersey diner experience, with above average diner-fare, professionalism, and charm. Included as a notable Newark destination by the New Jersey Historical Society. Tops Diner has existed at its current location for several decades, coming under the current ownership in 1972.
