Top Twenty Countdown is a show on CMT. The show countdowns the biggest videos in Country Music and is hosted by Lance Smith. Lance counts down the biggest videos every Thursday at4:00 p.m. and reruns on the weekend. Besides showing the biggest videos Lance world premiers videos.
