Tony Stewart is a NSW Australian Labor Party politician representing the State electoral district of Bankstown. Mr Stewart was elected to the New South Wales Legislative Assembly on the 25th of March 1995 in the State electoral district of Lakemba.

Stewart was elected as Member for Bankstwon at a general election in March 1999 and re-elected to this district in March 2003.
