Tony O'Callaghan (b. 16 June 1956) in London. He is a British actor who is well known for his work on The Bill where he played Matthew Boyden from 1991 to 2003. He has also been in The Magnificent Evans, Family Affairs, Holby City, and Doctors. It has been annouced that he will be guest starring in Shameless in 2007.
