Tony Newman is an English rock drummer. He was at various times a member of the bands Sounds Incorporated, May Blitz, Three Man Army and T. Rex and has also worked with Jeff Beck, David Bowie, Mick Ronson, Gene Vincent and Crystal Gayle, amongst others. He is now residing in Franklin, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville, with two sons Luke and Jesse, both well on their way to a career in music as well.
