Tony Golab

Anthony Charles (Tony) Golab (born January 17, 1919) is a retired Canadian football player.
Born in Windsor, Ontario, he played with the Ottawa Rough Riders. He was part of the 1939, 1941 and 1948 Grey Cup finalists teams and was part of the winning 1940 Grey Cup champions.
In 1985, he was made a Member of the Order of Canada. In 1964, he was elected to the Canadian Football Hall of Fame. In 1975, he was inducted into Canada's Sports Hall of Fame.
