Tony Elston Blain (b. 17 February 1962) in Nelson, New Zealand. He was an understudy to Smith, Ian and Adam Parore, he played in 11 Tests and 38 one-day internationals for New Zealand, after retiring from the game he went from coaching to a commentator.
