Tony Barber (born 28 March 1940 in Oldham, Lancashire, England) is an Australian game show host and television personality.
Barber hosted Sale of the Century (a Reg Grundy production) for the Nine Network, for a span of 11 years. His hostesses during this reign included Victoria Nicholls and Alyce Platt. Barber also hosted the Australian versions of Wheel of Fortune and the short-lived Jeopardy! during the 1990s.
Today, Barber hosts a competition on Australian Cable TV on TV1 [1] seven nights a week at about 8:25pm. He has been doing this for the last few years and he seems to enjoy it as much as his singing career. In 2005, he also appeared on Good Morning Australia (before the show was axed) as a seller of Dick Wick's Magnetic Underlay products.
