[edit] Pink Floyd
Well, if you've already listened to Dark Side, I'd suggest next moving on to listen to all of Echoes (the album, not just the song). That's how I really got into them. From there, take a listen to The Wall and Wish You Were Here, then Animals. From there, you have to decide if you prefer the trippy Floyd or the later, darker Floyd. Let me know when you've chosen and I'll tell you where to go from there. Happy listening! The Chief 20:00, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Let It Be
Was your response to the Let It Be (song) discussion on The Beatles's page supposed to give an answer to the original question? If so, I am sorry I did not understand...Hit me up on my talk page. Cheers, TommyBoy76 12:36, 28 April 2006 (UTC)TommyBoy76
- Well initially yes, as I was saying that we now have all the different published versions and their guitar solo explained in that article (which is about all we can do really). Of course having now watched the vid in question I presume it's none of those versions but I'm not sure... ! So, short answer: "no". --kingboyk 13:24, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Spelling Bee?

And I'm always glad to help somebody avoid homework :) Unfortunately, no French here; I'm born and raised in Texas, USA. Thanks for dropping by. Wesmills 15:29, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Translation
One says that beyond the seas
Over there, under the bright sky,
Stands a city
Where to remain is delightful.
And under the big black trees,
Every evening,
To it goes my hope.
I've got two loves
My homeland and Paris
Always by them
My heart is stolen
Manhattan is beautiful
But what's the good to deny
What enchants me
Is Paris, the whole of Paris
To see it one day
Is my pretty dream
I've got two loves
My homeland and Paris.
Please note that the end is the same, it is twice repeted, plus the sentence with "pretty" is well translated since in french it doensn't mean anything too ; oh, and I did that job in five minutes so I didn't translate the rimes, because it would take more time, some time that I don't have. And, well, it is not as if these lyrics were that deeply meaningful ! Bye TommyBoy. Hemux 08:04, 23 May 2006 (UTC) (Oh, and of course it is useless to say that I apologize for this poor translation, since I'm quite bad in english)
[edit] Blind Melon
I checked All Music Guide, and it says nothing about them being a jam band. As far as I know, they weren't. -- LGagnon 19:07, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
