Tomosyn
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In biology, tomosyn is a protein with approximately 1,100 amino acids. It has two functional domains, one of which binds to syntaxin. Dybbs et al. used positional cloning to show that tomosyn inhibits neurotransmitter secretion in neurons.
