Tommy Harward (born October 22, 1974) is an American professional skateboarder, based in North Carolina.

He currently rides for Outlook skateboards and Burley wheels and bearings. Harward is known for his extensive array of pogo and truck transfer tricks such as his own creation called the 'Harward hop'. Harward is also the owner of a skateshop (Delicious Skateboard Shop) and a skatepark (The Factory skatepark).
