Tomioka Makoto (富岡誠, January 1, 1897 - October 15, 1926) is a Japanese author and terrorist. He is also known as Tetsu Nakahama. A member of the anarchist terrorist Guillotine Society which made two assassination attempts to avenge the murder of Osugi Sakae, his companion Ito Noe & their 6-year old nephew, by the military, on secret orders from Hirohito.

He was executed for various anti-government acts, including a plan to assassinate Prince Hirohito.
