Tomb of the Nameless Pharaoh (Japanese: 究極のゲーム, Ultimate Game) is episode 199 of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters. It was first broadcast in Japan on April 07, 2004 and in USA on October 10, 2005.

During the night Yugi's Grandfather is telling the story of how he found the Millennium Puzzle and how he was saved by a mysterious man after one of his guides betrayed and shot him. During the night, Rex and Weevil broke into Yugi's room and steal his duffle bag which contains the three Egyptian cards and the Millennium Items.

In the manga, Yugi's grandfather gave a narration on how he obtain the Millennium Puzzle. During the night, an unknown man broke Yugi's sky light, and tried to steal the Egyptian God card, but was killed by Bakura who manage to stop him.
