Tom Lukiwski (born October 5, 1951) is a Canadian politician. He is the current Conservative Member of Parliament for the Saskatchewan riding of Regina—Lumsden—Lake Centre.

Born in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, he was a businessman and political administrator before he was first elected in 2004 winning by 122 votes. He is the Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and Minister for Democratic Reform.

He suffered a heart attack in 2005.
