Tom Heckert (born July 17, 1967) was promoted to General Manager of the Philadelphia Eagles January 2, 2006. Before being GM, Heckert was Vice President of Player Personnel.
Even though Heckert has the title of "General Manager", Eagle coach Andy Reid has full control and the final say involving all player-personnel decisions.
