Tom Erik Oxholm (born February 22, 1959) is a former Norwegian speed skater. He had his best period in the early 1980s.
At the 1980 Olympics in Lake Placid he won two bronze medals on 5000 and 10,000 metres. In addition he came third in both the European Allround Championships and the World Allround Championships the same year.
Oxholm became Norwegian all-round champion in 1980 and 1986. He skated a couple of seasons for Oslo Skøiteklubb but otherwise represented IF Fram in Larvik. After his active career he has had success as coach for Ådne Søndrål and Roger Strøm.
