Dr Leymann first discovered Mobbing in the school systems, and then later than it transcended that environment. This point is too often overlooked.

I removed the reference to mobbing. There was nothing in the article to indicate that Juravich was associated with mobbing at all. Absent a citation—hell, absent a lousy claim that he had anything to do with it!—I think it deserved deletion. Tim1965 23:41, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
