[edit] History
Tokyo Rose was originally formed in the summer of 2001 when Ryan Dominguez (vocals, guitar) and Chris Poulsen (bass) started playing together after they both parted ways with their previous bands. After a couple of lineup changes, Tokyo Rose also secured Jon Smith (drums) and Greg Doran (guitar) to complete the band.
After signing to SideCho Records, Tokyo Rose spent March and April of 2003 at Portrait Studios in Lincoln Park, NJ recording Reinventing A Lost Art, Tokyo Rose's debut full-length album]. Reinventing A Lost Art was produced by Jersey-based producer Chris Badami (known for Dillinger Escape Plan, The Early November, The Starting Line) and was released July 15, 2003.
Tokyo Rose released their sophomore album New American Saint on October 4, 2005, also through SideCho Records.
