Tokyo Gaikan Expressway

The Tokyo Gaikan Expressway (東京外環自動車道 Tōkyō Gaikan Jidōshadō?) is an expressway located in Tokyo, Saitama and Chiba Prefecture, Japan. The expressway is planned to form an outer beltway around central Tokyo upon its completion.
