I believe this image can be used under the fair use doctrine in the article The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus because:

  1. It is not a high resolution photo.
  2. It improves the article because it identifies the members of the group the article is about.
  3. To my knowledge no free licenced photos of the group are available.
