"Together We Are One" (2006) is the eleventh song released by Delta Goodrem and featured on the album Commonwealth Games: Melbourne 2006 Opening Ceremony.

It was co-written by Goodrem, boyfriend Brian McFadden and Guy Chambers. The track pays homage to the athletes and those who worked tirelessly to stage the games. The song was first performed as the concluding song at the 2006 Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony, and was subsequently released as a commercial single. The song has appeared on the 2006 version of American Idol (season 5) as a group song for the top 5 finalists.

The video for the clip is a montage of Delta's performance at the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony as well as some sporting highlights of the Commonwealth Games..

"Together We Are One" debuted at number two on the ARIA Charts. It is also her second Top ten single not to reach number one in Australia; "Mistaken Identity" was her first, peaking at number seven in 2005. The single spent three weeks in the top five. In the third week of release, the single received Gold status. Also, it became the biggest jumper on the digital track chart, jumping twenty-one places.
