Talk:Togodumnus

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This article needs to be re-worked in light of the info in Tiberius Claudius Cogidubnus. Both need to be merged. I'll undertake to do this when the dust settles in Caratacus.

They should not be merged. As I have explained on the Caratacus talk page, they're not the same person. --Nicknack009 02:06, 15 September 2005 (UTC)
And I have explained in the discussion page for Tiberius_Claudius_Cogidubnus, and in your Wiki User page why they should

I found someone who has written on this topic, someone that agrees it is likely Togodumnus and Cogidubnus are one and the same person. Professor Barry Cunliffe's book on Fishbourne Roman Palace argues that the two were one and the same. He is considered a credible expert by most. Here is a review of his book. I mentioned Barry earlier. Given that this idea isn't something I made up since there is at least one scholars who agrees, can you guys agree perhaps that a review of this article is necessary is necessary?.
