Todd France

Todd France was born on February 14th 1980. His parents are N.R. and Barbara France. N.R is an accountant and Barbara is a secretary. He is a kicker in the Arena Football League. He currently kicks for the Philadelphia Soul. In the NFL he kicked for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Minnesota Vikings, the New York Giants, and the Philadelphia Eagles.

At Springfield Highschool he was a division II All-State team member, team MVP, first team all-district and all-conference, lettered three years in football, volleyball, four years in soccer and two years in basketball.

He went to college at the University of Toledo where majored in majored in Mechanical Engineering.
Nominee for Lou Groza Award as nation's best placekicker and he was the first UT kicker to make first-team All-MAC since Bruce Nichols in 1988.
