Toblach (German) or Dobbiaco (Italian) is a comune (municipality) in South Tyrol in the Italian region Trentino-South Tyrol, located about 110 km northeast of Trento and about 70 km northeast of Bolzano, on the border with Austria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,292 and an area of 126.6 km2.[1]

The municipality of Toblach contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Santa Maria and Valle San Silvestro.

Toblach borders the following municipalities: Auronzo di Cadore, Prags, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Innervillgraten (Austria), Innichen, Sexten, Gsies, and Niederdorf.
