Tividale High School

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tividale High School is a secondary school in Tividale, near Oldbury, West Midlands, Great Britain which built in 1956 by Tipton Urban District Council to serve the rapidly expanded Tividale area of Tipton (part of which existed within Dudley). It was originally Tividale Secondary Modern School, before changing its status to Tividale Comprehensive School and then to Tividale High School. Its present title is Tividale Community Arts College which reflects its status as a specialist school with strengths in Music, Dance and Art.

The majority of pupils at the school previously attended Tividale, Grace Mary, Tividale Hall, Oakham and Burnt Tree Primary Schools.

It now exists within the Oldbury postal district, which explains the recent change of postal address.
