[edit] The Plot

In the story, Tintin and his friends Captain Haddock, and Professor Calculus, travel to Thailand on a sex holiday. In it, Tintin is a homosexual, as well as the Thompsons.

[edit] The Books

Several thousand books were released. They were printed in Thailand in paperback, in English and French.

[edit] The Arrests

A man called Bud E. Weyser (a parody on the beer, Budweiser), had been calling this book the unknown Tintin book. The Hergé Foundation heard about this and contacted Belgian police. The police sent a man in to pretend to be a prospective buyer, and then the arrests were made in the town of Doornik. They then arrested the designer in Antwerp. However, the books had been published in Thailand and thousands were already on the market. In all, 3 men were arrested though all were released. 650 copies of the book had been seized.
